The new football form guide is hard to read because of the color scheme. Wins, losses, and draws should be easy to spot at a glance—green, red, and yellow would help a lot. White text on a yellow background in the league table is also difficult to see. Please consider adjusting these design choices to make the app more user friendly.

The app is fine in general, but odds seem weaker than they used to be. Signing in or placing bets during big matches is often slow—there clearly is not enough server capacity for peak demand, which hurts for a platform built around in-play betting. Biometric login is annoying too: one failed scan and you are back to entering your password, with only a couple of tries before a lockout. Makes quick bets on busy match days frustrating.

Something keeps going wrong with sign-in—I get logged out without warning and then the app says my details are not recognised, even though the same login works on another device. Live stat tracking inside open bets is unreliable now; sometimes it updates, sometimes it does not. When everything runs smoothly the app is excellent and the offers are strong, but lately reliability has slipped.

Patience is running out with how often the app signs me out and loses my password—I have reset it countless times. Biometric login still will not work even when I enable it. When it does open, it often says there is no internet until I force-close it two or three times. This has been going on for at least six months. Update: biometrics still fail, but the other issues seem fixed as of April.

Long-time user and usually fine, but the past half year brought clear setbacks. The home screen does not refresh on its own, so I end up viewing odds for matches that already ended, and manual refresh does not help either—I have to restart the app. It also freezes, crashes, and signs me out without warning. They clearly have the resources; the app just needs better technical upkeep.

The app needs a serious stability review. It frequently hangs during login or while switching screens, then shows loading errors and completely crashes. At times I had to reboot my phone just to open it again. Some betting features are genuinely good, but overall reliability leaves a lot to be desired.
